Desde meados de janeiro, o aplicativo WhatsApp Business está disponível no Brasil. A versão corporativa do famoso mensageiro é direcionado a micro e pequenas empresas e, por enquanto, só pode ser baixado e/ou utilizado em aparelho com Android. A versão iOS ainda não tem data de estreia.O lançamento do Business é estratégico não só para o WhatsApp como também para os empreendimentos. Segundo pesquisa da Morning Consult, cerca de 80% dos pequenos negócios fazem uso do app para negociar, se conectar com clientes e a até fechar transações.
No Brasil, 87% das pequenas e médias empresas que usam o WhatsApp acham que a plataforma permite se comunicar melhor com os clientes, e 81% acham que isso ajuda a expandir seus negócios. Mas o WhatsApp foi criado para as pessoas, então, para melhorar a experiência de negócios, criaram o WhatsApp Business, que oferece às empresas uma presença oficial no app, além de ferramentas que facilitam a conexão com clientes.

1. Como funciona o WhatsApp Business desde o cadastro
Para usar o WhatsApp Business, basta fornecer endereço da empresa, o telefone e a descrição do negócio. Haverá verificação do número para confirmar a existência da empresa e se o número pertence a determinado negócio. A empresa poderá informar também o site, endereço e horário de funcionamento.
